Heritage Pointe is a newer Active Adult Community established in 2003. This is a 900 unit development consisting of single family homes. There is still time to get yourself into a new construction home or a quick delivery spec home. These homes are not listed below so please contact us for more information.
This is one of the few communities that features two beautiful clubhouses. One includes an indoor Olympic-sized swimming pool. Other indoor amenities include a sauna, billiards & card room, tech room, kitchen, crafts room, banquet room, library and more.
Outdoor activities include walking paths, outdoor swimming pool, horseshoe and bocce courts, putting greens and tennis courts. This community also has a formal recreation committee for fun filled activities and trips throughout the year.
