History in the making.
Ridge Realty was established in 2000 as a Resale Division of The Kokes Organization, well known and respected developers of residential and commercial real estate in New Jersey since 1964. June Holder was appointed to the position of Broker Manager in 2001.
Ms.
Holder has been licensed to sell real estate in New Jersey since 1976 and owned
and operated a property management company for many years. During that time, she
performed consulting services for a number of developers across the state and in
that capacity, became familiar with the Kokes Organization. In 1994, Ms. Holder
began working for the company as a Sales Consultant in their New Homes Division
and earned many awards for her excellence in her field. She went on to obtain
her Broker's license more than 10 years ago.
In 2006, June Holder acquired Ridge Realty from the Kokes. The Agency now has 6 offices which include Ocean County's main office at 147 Rt. 70 in Toms River, the Monmouth County office at 200 Wall Street in West Long Branch, and on-site offices in the adult communities of Greenbriar Woodlands in Toms River, Fours Seasons at Lakewood, Leisure Knoll and Leisure Village West, both in Manchester. The Monmouth County office is our newer addition to Ridge Realty. As a resident of West Long Branch, Ms. Holder took the opportunity to expand the Agency into this area, early 2008. Ridge Realty enjoys the reputation for quality service and personal attention to detail.
