About Me
I have lived in Toms River for the last 38 years. I have listed and sold properties in adult communities, residential and waterfront for the last 13 years.
I have been active in the Ocean County Board of Realtors and was the co-chairperson of the Equal Opportunity in Housing Committee for nine years. I was instrumental for the start of the annual poster contest for grades 3 to 6.
I am a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors for 10 years and co-chairperson of the Cultural Committee in 2002. From the Poster Contest of the Ocean County Board of Realtors, I introduced the beginning of a state-wide poster contest for the 1st place winner in all Counties to submit to out committee. From them, 12 posters were picked and a yearly calendar was published with each child receiving a gift certificate.
That was the most rewarding accomplishment since I've begun my career in real estate.
